In this continued story detective John Wilson and his new partner Carrie Simms will be dealing with a sniper. A person who is ruthless, calculating and determined. This deranged killer has it out for anyone who looks like law enforcement. As the main case John and Carrie will be trying to find out who's behind an increase of auto thefts, some of them are pretty violent. Plus there will be lots of other cases coming to John's desk.
