What Jana London needs more than anything is a friend - and that's what the angel Jack is sent to be. Her friend. Jana, however, doesn't think the angel has any idea how she really feels, because since he's a spirit, he's never known heartache himself. So Jack prays to be able to better understand her. When his prayer is answered, the consequences that follow are not at all what he expected - and the end result will be tragic if God doesn't intervene.
