For centuries, Inuit and their ancestors have been building beautiful rock structures known as inuksuit across the Arctic and sub-Arctic. But such monuments are not limited to the Inuit culture, and in fact tukiliit —the Inuktitut term for all meaningful stone objects—are found all over the world.
