"Stealth Dog" is a children's book about a puppy who is heard with her collar on, but at night with her collar removed, she becomes Stealth Dog and gets into all sorts of trouble. Ronald Phelps is a financial advisor by trade. He wrote this book after his father became ill. "Stealth Dog" is a true story about Ron's dog, Oaklee, who lives with Phelps in Madison, Wisconsin.
