This textbook serves as a comprehensive source for primary documents relevant to Ohio State Government. It presents a collection of our nation's and Ohio's founding documents. There are complete copies of a number of important documents, including the Declaration of Independence, Articles of Confederation, the Land and Northwest Ordinances, U.S. Constitution, the decision in Marbury vs. Madison, and Ohio's first (1803) and current constitutions.
