Small Heroes Return

The kids are back and in full costume as they come up against their first real 'Super-Villain': The Rogue. The bully of the town, who is determined to rid the neighborhoods of the Small Heroes. He hatches a fiendish plan to steal all their costumes, one by one, until only the smallest and youngest hero: Super-Duper remains to challenge The Rogue. But the kids come to learn that it isn't the cape or cowl that makes one a hero - it is the person behind the mask. And sometimes the bravest thing to do is just to stand up to those who mean you harm and show them just what Heroes are made of.
