A Very Special Gift

School has just begun and Addi loves first grade, but something has her worried. Her first homework assignment is due at the end of the week. She has to bring in a special object to share with the class. Addi comes up with a few ideas, but each one just isn't the right thing to bring. Mrs. Fisher is so delighted with the variety of wonderful things the students share each day. She continues to worry until a visit with her neighbor, Mrs. Martin, inspires Addi with the perfect idea for school.
