Hank Frost, the wise-cracking, one-eyed merc captain, is hired by the hot-tempered and incredibly desirable daughter of the assassinated patriarch of Miami's anti-Castro underground. The mission: cut the three-way connection between Havana, Columbia's M-19 terrorists and the Florida drug smugglers. But Frost discovers that more than drugs are being smuggled-arms and explosives are being traded off to the M-19 for military protection and to pro-Castro terrorists in Miami.
