A mysterious telegram from his favorite wildcat sends Tracker packin' for Oklahoma territory. His wayward partner, the lascivious Dierdre Long, has cooked up a jewel scam and she wants her hombre in on it. To Tracker a good con-job is as tasty as the lips of a preacher's daughter, but this game could put the two of them away for good... and that's bad.

To reach his scheming cohort, Tracker must take a trip downriver on a Sacramento bound Steam-Wheeler where he mixes pleasure with a curvaceous Creole lady-of-the-night and business with a blackmailing Pinkerton who's just beggin' for the business end of Tracker's Smith & Wesson.
