Synopsis

Some human behaviors result from thinking, while other behaviors occur without thinking. Committing unconscious automatic actions may cause people to feel that they are being compelled by a mysterious power. With the knowledge of neuroscience and this new hypothesis, this book explains the generation of different behaviors in lay language and with illustrations in order to unveil this mysterious phenomenon. Through reading, you will understand how habit is formed; how we can optimize our skills; why we dream; how subconscious is produced.
