My Homeland And Nations In Transition

My primary concern is that the way small nations are conducting business-in particular, my homeland of Grenada. They must be evaluated and corrected without further delay. When I say "small nations," I am including other small island nations and developing countries that I refer to as "nations in transition." However, I will discuss Grenada at length within the larger context of nations in transition and analyze some issues that are in urgent need of correction if we are to see concrete growth and development. I will also highlight some of the many problems that have existed for decades and continue to persist without any serious challenge or positive change.
