Sugarland Melting

A rich, old man uses his wealth to open a trailer park, where tenants are invited to live rent-free. The tenants do not know their landlord has a sinister plan in store for his 100th birthday. The landlord does not know that the tenants are hiding a supernatural secret, as well.
