Andy and Spirit in the Big Rescue

Andy (a boy i a wheelchair) and Spirit (an albino horse) are at the Nevada State Fair to participate in 4-H activities. During a tour through the grounds they find they must run away from danger and, in seeking safety, become involved in a rescue.
