So, You've Accepted Christ - Now What?

The decision to follow Jesus is more than just a thought, a moment in time or even a prayer. It is based on God’s Word, not feelings. If you want to have a relationship with Christ, it must be on his terms – not yours. If someone came up to you and asked you the question, “How do I become a Christian?” What would you say? Would you tell them your opinion or could you open up your Bible and show them what Jesus and the Apostles said to those who asked that question? If you can’t, do you really know the answer? Have you settled for what someone told you or have you checked it out for yourself? Accepting Christ as your savior is a step in the right direction. The challenge is to accept Christ for what he says and what he expects from you. So, you have accepted Christ. Now what?
