The Living Well Foundation (LWF) is proud to present its first literary project: Frannie Sissnit Gets Her School Fit. This book project is an expression of our mission statement "...to improve the wellness of our community and the physical and mental health of individuals in our service area". This mission lead us to our focus on Healthy Lifestyles and this book is an expression of our desire to educate and encourage readers to make positive choices relating to diet, fitness, and exercise.
