HARGEISA is the story of Al Waberi, a pioneer progressive mayor, who, suddenly realises that he has inherited a ghost city. In his effort to put the town back on its feet, he gets caught up in a web of terror, conspiracies, sabotages and organised crime, as various groups compete for the city's reins. Not knowing of one another's move, their combined forces make life difficult in town and trap it in a pattern of violence, food crisis and the shortage of loose change The pressure mount on him and crisis drive this man into a dead-lock with a powerful enemy he can't beat...Until he strikes back.
