Every Mile Counts

In "Every Mile Counts" the author takes us through a very personal journey and presents life experiences in a way that most and especially women, can relate to and understand. Through a storytelling format we are exposed to wellness principles in an engaging manner. The stories are rich with emotion, some joy and laughter and some tears. They are much like the fabric and seams that hold all of us together. The stories include such topics as: family, understanding and acceptance, self-esteem, addiction and dysfunctional behaviors, wellness and most importantly, self-acceptance.
