Psyco-Duck makes his long-awaited return in an…dare we say epic?...battle against Zootropolis’ most incomprehensible new gang of supervillains. Our hero, a duck with super powers granted to him by Elvis, must find a way to defeat the diabolical Toilet Paper Thieves in their bid to take over the city by stealing the city’s supply of…well, really it should be rather obvious what they plan on stealing. I mean, just look at their name! Unless of course you are a blithering idiot and can’t make a well-reasoned deduction from that blatant clue.
