That's where his great-great uncle died during World War I. The great-great uncle Wills believes, well, that he's quite possibly him or something like that.
Wills dreams about a beautiful nurse-he's trying to find her too.
Charlie Longley, a senior in high school from St. Louis, Missouri convinces her friends to join her at a study abroad program in Rouen. Why Rouen? That's where Charlie can explore her interest in World War I while learning French. Simple enough. Charlie starts dreaming about a hot, dead guy. She assumes he's dead because he's a soldier from World War I; and, if he's not dead, he'd be super old. Charlie's dreams of World War I feel like memories...
...and they start messing with her head.
Charlie and Wills meet and it's electric...really electric; Charlie gives off a shock that literally knocks Wills off his feet. Charlie and Wills try to reconnect in the 21st century while dealing with frenemies, a stalker, and their electric connection as they hunt for a WWI treasure.
And they need to get the whole mess figured out before Charlie heads back to the States.
