The Business Research Consortium (BRC) of Western New York was founded in 2006. The BRC hosts an annual conference and publishes the proceedings of this conference.This volume represents proceedings of the 2016 annual conference. The BRC also hosts a working papers series to encourage collaboration in research across member colleges and schools of business.
