Relationship Keepers: Key Leadership Strategies for Building Healthy Relationships in the Church

The Bible presents healthy relationships as an indispensable key to healthy churches and powerful, effective ministry. This is not an optional, secondary suggestion if we really want to see God at work in and through our churches today. Relationships must be a priority. Being “relationship keepers” in the church is everyone’s job—it is not just for the Pastor and Staff. What difference does it make when everyone is making every effort to “keep the unity of the Spirit,” as the Bible says in Ephesians 4? It makes all the difference in the world.
