A collection of essays by Eli Levine and some quotables taken from his Facebook page, this is the product of almost 3 years of observation, study and processing. It develops into complexity science, but initially started off as a call for empirical governing (governing based on the tangible effects of policies' actions, rather than ones' own ideological bent).
