This book takes you through the story of my family and others and shows you how we somehow end up taking prescription drugs throughout our lives. It also shows you why Americans are taking too many prescription drugs because doctors, pharmaceutical companies and pharmaceutical sales representatives are profiting. We need to lower the cost of prescription drugs for people who need them. Also, we need to educate consumers and doctors about alternative medicine so they can be aware of natural approaches to treat some health problems.

The truth is our bodies and our wallets are affected by these drugs. We are told by our doctors that there is a pill for every problem. Our lives have become so fast paced that we don't have time to contemplate our own health or the health of our family.
