Roses for Meredith

He saw the agony in Colin’s face and heard the raw emotion as he spoke. But throughout the dinner, as he talked of his flying adventures, Tyler noted something else. Meredith seemed unaware of it, but Tyler saw, again and again, the loving looks Colin gave Meredith.

Tyler thought, “I have competition, someone else loves her too.”
