Patent Law Digest, 2015 Edition

The Patent Law Digest began in 1991 and appeared annually as a single volume in paper-bound form until 2008. In 2008, a three volume hardbound edition appeared as the 25th Federal Circuit Anniversary Edition.

The Patent Law Digest, 2015 Edition contains concise summaries of precedential patent related decisions of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the United States Supreme Court from 2008 through 2014. This 2015 Edition is useful not only as a stand alone resource, but also as a supplement to the 25th Anniversary Edition which includes cases from 1982-2007.
