Cross of Ivy tells the story of two intertwining family sagas - the Irish working-class O'Malley's of Boston and the gentrified oil rich Trudeau's of Louisiana plantation fame, with all the color, flavor, traditions, prejudices, and conflicts most families prefer to keep behind closed doors.
