Damn Females on the Lawn

Damn Females on the Lawn is a visionary fiction that takes place in the city of Aurora. In this future world, women sit in groups for an hour a day, discussing men and male/female topics.

The reader will get to see into the different groups and the varied opinions they hold, as the Kevin Lawn Group visits them throughout the summer. Some groups are extreme, and at odds with other groups. Though the Kevin Lawn Group while seeming to fall somewhere in the middle, might be the most extreme of them all.

Rachel Hurd has been a Kansan her whole life, starting out in Emporia, KS where she attended Emporia State University, and is currently living in Olathe, KS. Rachel is a working artist, an oil painter with a BFA as well as a writer. When she is not writing, painting, or drawing, she has a passion for up cycling furniture. Rachel works as a CNC computer-sculpting artist.
