Vampires are real! Or so John Harbor learned on one dark and dreary night. Harbor, a private investigator and former vice cop finds himself caught up in the dark underworld of the vampire when he is inducted in the vampire world by a gorgeous film star, Olivia Kirkland. Olivia educates him in the ways of the vampire world and introduces him to George Bellamy, a billionaire vampire who uses his money and power to influence world politics. Bellamy hires Harbor to find a serial killer, who is murdering members of the vampire clan.

Harbor soon learns that the murders are merely the tip of the ice berg, there is something far more sinister lurking in the shadows. He finds himself caught up in a tangled web of conspiracy and revenge. Now Harbor must navigate through the underworld that he does not understand to solve a series of murders. As he closes in on the prolific serial killer, Harbor finds that he and those around him have become a target, it is no longer a matter of solving a string of murders it is a matter of survival.
