Teach Them I Am Real

Teach Them I AM Real is a response to a commission I believe the Lord placed in my heart many years ago. I believe God wants us to live out our lives always conscious of His presence among us, as if He was still in His physical form. Since God is spirit and therefore invisible, it can be a challenge to always be aware of His presence or to help others believe that He truly exists. He seeks a relationship with us, but it must be on a spiritual level and in truth, which poses an additional challenge.

I felt that the best way to help someone see God is through my relationship with Him—loving Him through loving others. This book chronicles lessons the Holy Spirit taught me, and how they helped me to live life out in the spirit. Among other things, I discuss the nature of the human spirit, transference of generational sins, importance of obedience, what is the kingdom of God, whether Christians can be demon possessed, and sexual sins.

My hope is that after reading this book, the reader will have a greater awareness of God’s interactions with us as His children and how we are to relate to Him and others. Readers will also see that living life in the spirit also requires an awareness of the spiritual evil that seeks to sabotage our relationship with God and with others.

Please read this book with an open heart. This book is not meant to imply that I have all knowledge about the subjects covered or that I am always in perfect obedience to them. View it as my testimony of what I have learned and how I try to implement them into my life. I am His student as well as His child, and I am still learning and growing. We may not agree on everything that I chose to share; but you have my blessings to accept what speaks to your heart, and leave the rest within these pages.
