Bushido in China

Liang Qichao is a famous Chinese scholar, journalist in the late Qing dynast and early republic period of china. While he was in Japan, China is in a grave period of government corruption, economic depression, and faced oppressions from western countries. Liang believes that a strong moral belief such as Bushido is what the Chinese people need. He wrote this book to explain his beliefs and why he thinks that positive, self-independent attitude of the people is the backbone of a nation.
