A book about 6 men who may not have been philosophers in their own estimation, but who contributed their philosophy to the world in the author’s estimation. The author personally traveled to meet with each of the great men and sat down to interview them. Written just after the turn of the 20th century, many of the brightest minds of the day are featured, including: George Bernard Shaw, HG Wells, GK Chesteren, FSC Schiller, John Dewey, and Rudolf Eucken.
