The Lives of the Saints (Baring-Gould) vol 1

The Lives of the Saints is a book by Sabine Baring-Gould, an Anglican priest, hagiographer, antiquarian, novelist and eclectic scholar. The book is a sixteen-volume collection of lives of the saints. The volumes are arranged according to the month of each saint’s principal feast day. The first volume consists of The Lives of the British Saints: The Saints of Wales and Cornwall and Such Irish Saints as Have Dedications in Britain.
