A Strangled Heart

This is a collection of poems in which a heart has been mishandled, broken, and torn, and a woman who has almost lost hope on love and life; she feels patience and time are not on her side.

In the midst of her experience she finds her true self. Falling in love with her reflection once again, she realizes that in order to be loved by another she must love herself one hundred and ten per cent.

Each poem is written as spoken words meant to be performed.
