Sylvana’s Blues relates the story of a strange old man serving as an informal host to homeless individuals who come to partake of his stews and hear his music. He has largely given up on finding satisfaction in his lifelong search for some kind of fulfillment or self-discovery. Finally, he receives peace through what he learns during an unexpected visit from an even stranger young woman.
