A Search for Common Ground

Hmmm…a choice to be empathetic, engaged, and interested in common ground that we share, or indifferent, stuck, and of little impact. The right choice may be clear, but it's a work in progress for most of us.

A Search for Common Ground: Let's Talk does not build common ground. It highlights our common ground that already exists. We experience emotions. We are able to care. We need to know that someone cares about us. We ponder life. We are spiritual. We disagree over those things because we can think and form opinions.

That we disagree is not avoided in this book. In fact, disagreements are highlighted, and various angles are challenged. The end goal is that readers gain a respect and appreciation of others, especially of those who think and believe differently.

Let's build common good together as we discover our common ground. Throughout that process, Let's Talk it out.
