Did you know that mazes can be broken into different steps or regions? Mazes can be compartmentalized to make them easier to solve. For example, let your child use his/her finger to move through the maze. Once that's done, follow up with a pencil or a pen. This means your child will be "solving" the same maze twice so the skill sinks in a lot better.
