Yorkshire-born, Melbourne-based chef Matt Wilkinson is passionate about food in season, farmers' markets and local producers. He owns and runs Pope Joan in Melbourne's inner north, which has a cult following for its fresh, seasonal breakfast, brunch and lunch dishes.
