Fine Line

Every now and then predictable patterns in life are broken and time as we know it can change and alter its nature. Fine Line is a factional novel originating from three dreams the author experienced in his late twenties. It is a mystical love story between Claire and Geoffrey, that spans two hundred and twelve years, against a background of the rise and fall of the British Empire, the decline of the traditional Christian Church and the contemporary unrest in the Middle East. Geoffrey Blake struggles with male prejudices and instincts. His innate empathy towards women, overcompensation to his father's bigotry, and the radical perceptions of his beautiful, druid-influenced wife, push him to his limit. Claire's innocent yet persistent seeking of what she deems fair leaves its mark over many generations.
