The hospital matron keeps her secret.

An airline pilot so worried by his wife's infidelity that he is sacked, but his life is saved in the crash engineered by her to get the insurance and the wealth of an incredibly wealthy tycoon with whom she bears children. He has other mistresses including a stunning beauty with a brilliant intellect and a very dubious past.

An engineer's knowledge overturns the doctor's sentence, so he and the pilot become aware of common ground. The three form a type of wissenschaft where they mull over the world's problems. Meanwhile the tycoon's children are left penniless when violence takes both of their parents.
