Pivot Points: How to Recognize That Things Happen for a Reason

I believe things happen for a reason and we all have pivot points in our life. The devastating death of my brother in my early teenage years triggered the start of a series of pivot points that would take me from a protected teenager to a bold, fearless leader. My story is to inspire and encourage professionals to recognize the pivot points in their own life and embrace it as a sign to uncover something new; I believe there is a hidden vault in us, waiting to be discovered.
