The Insane Knitting Witch

As we lay beneath the shimmering stars, I thought this summer would never end. We lay side by side on the dissolving sand. I have only known her for three weeks, but from our long talks, it seems like we have known each other always. I'm wondering when I will see her again. She is my new best friend, Marlee. She lives in California, but that's a long ways away from Calgary. Thank G-d for planes, now I can see her every summer, whenever I want to. Even though, that's only once a year, I will always enjoy the time I spend with her.
