I met Bhupesh at a students' Valentines Day party in London. Never in my wildest dreams would I have imagined that this would land me in Bombay for my entire life.

The heat, the noise, the crowds, the language, the role that would be expected of me. This was a million miles away from living with my mother in Fulham Road.
