Unlucky in love, Harry, gets ditched by his long-term girlfriend when he finds out he has testicular cancer. She also left him with a lot of debt. He meets 'quirky' Delilah, not long after getting the all clear but both suffer with body confidence issues for different reasons. Romantic comedy.
