Strategic and operational planning are key responsibilities of Board and Heads. The process of developing, implementing and being successful in planning for the school's future is outlined. The measurement of success is embedded in the CIRCLE key criteria of Student Achievement, Relationships, Communication, Initiatives and Reputation.
