Buster, The Time-travelling Dog

In Professor Bungle, I truly thought I had a friend fur-ever, until he fitted my time-travel collar. 'Buster,' he told me confidently, 'one squeeze of this golden clasp will send you travelling in time, and if you squeeze it again, you will return to me.' Before I could say, 'Well I'll be a mongrel's uncle,' he pressed the golden clasp. One minute, I was watching Bark to the Future, the next minute, I was spiralling through a funnel of warm air to a destination unknown. I was madder than a springer spaniel. 'Just you wait until I get back,' I howled into the dark cloud of warm air that engulfed me. 'I've a good mind to report you to the Court of Mongrel Rights.'
