Summer Madness

In rural Dorset a passionate Scotsman arrives at his cousin's house in order to take up a position as a horse doctor to the surrounding area. But John Straeton is not aware just how powerfully his presence in the district is going to affect so many of the natives... Locked into a terrifyingly rash marriage with the local madwoman the only thing that saves his soul is the love of a good woman....but that lady is not free and is none other than his cousin's wife. Summer Madness is much more than a rural tale of love and devotion; it teems with every vice known to man but, despite the tragedies and sadness, the course of true love is ultimately strong enough to conquer the very insanity it faces.
