I decided to write Don't Panic - Run a Pub after thirty very happy years as a General Manager in the Pub industry. I hope to encourage and inspire others to have a fabulous career in this industry, as there is nothing better than working at something you love.

I have run pubs in the UK, Australia and Bali over my career and loved every minute of it
