Champion: The Story of a Kart Racer

Robbie Richards is a racing driver with a dream. He eats,

sleeps and breathes karting. All he wants to do is to win

the championship. But that’s not easy, when you’re growing

up… Robbie has a lot of talent, drive and determination.

He also has the support of his friends and family…but does

he have what it takes to be a champion?

Thomas Horton is an aspiring young racing driver. He wrote

this book aged 13 at the end of three years of karting on

which he drew for the knowledge and descriptions in the book,

although the storyline is entirely fictitious. Thomas is now

racing in cars and hopes to raise money through book sales.

In addition to his racing, Thomas supports ‘East Anglia’s

Children’s Hospices’ as his chosen charity and some money is

donated for every book sold.
