Single Common Market Organisation: Article-by-Article Commentary of the Legal Framework for Agricultural Markets in the European Union

This is the first commentary on the brand new Council Regulation (EC) No. 1234/2007, establishing a common organization of agricultural markets and on specific provisions for certain agricultural products. The Regulation codifies the hitherto fragmented agricultural market organization of the EU in one piece of legislation. The Regulation is directly applicable in all EU Member States.
