Summer Time: Inspired by Degas' Beach Scene

Summer Time is a collection of children's poetry and writing created as part of the National Gallery's 'Take One Picture' scheme.

Degas' 'Beach Scene' is the inspiration for the work and the children's creativity rises, at times quite spectacularly, to the challenge of 'Expanding Horizons'.
